The workshop has a wealth of professional knowledge, a wide range of hand and power equipment, and attentiveness and flexibility as for personal preferences.
The activity is divided into open workshops and short courses.

Focused short Courses
The focused courses provide a frame work for people seeking knowledge in a selected woodworking field, in order to become more independent in their own work.
Course topic:
- The Scroll saw introductory course – basics, veneer inlay, 3D, box making, intarsia and more.
- Router – introductory course, the router is the most versatile tool in the woodworking workshop.
- carving in wood.

Workshops
In the open workshops, the various fields of activity – wood carving, wood sculpture, the Scroll saw, veneer inlay, intarsia, fine wood working, and more – take place side by side, and inspire each other. Participants move from one field to another or combine different techniques in one project.
The workshops are held in small groups, in a spacious, well-equipped, safe and friendly environment, and are based on personal, professional and supportive instruction.

Carving and sculpting in wood
Applying both traditional hand tools and on power tools.
As a general rule, in woodcarving , the wood is worked on, to create a relief or a three-dimensional sculpture, using gouges, with the aid of mallets.
In wood sculpture, shaping the wood is done with power tools.
One can work on tree roots or tree logs that often lead the artist and the work piece.
Or prepare a block from sawn timber, suited for the planned sculpture.
There is always thorough preparation demanded, and then a journey in search of the figure, hidden in the wood.

Scroll saw
With the Scroll Saw one can cut wood, veneer, plywood, thin metal sheets, plastic sheets, paper and even fabric.
One can create toys and decorative objects, small boxes, clocks, signs, puzzles and bowls, marquetry, Intarsia and lot’s more.

Intarsia

Marquetry
Marquetry is a technique for creating pictures and patterns from veneer sheets, produced from a range of wood types.
The designs can be incorporated into wooden items and furniture or stand alone.
Sawing the parts is done on the Scroll Saw (unlike the traditional marquetry methods) so that maximum accuracy can be achieved relatively easily.

Fine woodworking
Fine woodworking includes a wide range of wood working techniques that combine art and function.
The techniques described above and many other techniques, along with a carful choice of wood, are applied to create unique objects and furniture pieces.

Pyrography
One can create complex and rich designs, with or without adding color.
The Pyrography patterns can stand alone or be used to enhance wood items.

Router
With the Router one can saw, plane, cut grooves, create joints, copy curved shapes, treat edges and much more, efficiently and accurately.
